I mostly train in-house, but also am willing to travel to meet clients at their homes (separate fees depending upon travel distance).
To see progress, make adjustments and build a routine; I require a 3 month commitment from each client.
We re-evaluate after this timeframe
We communicate through the True Coach App where you'll not only receive your workouts but also see demo videos for each movement and be able upload your progress photos, videos and chat with me directly.
As long as you want! My goal is always to help my clients become completely autonomous - so I am happy to work with you as long as it takes for you to feel comfortable and confident on your own. However nutrition coaching requires a 3 month commitment upfront (because it takes a bit longer to get the hang of things) and I just ask for a 30 day cancellation notice for all types of coaching.
I train anyone and everyone who is willing to put in the hard work it takes to achieve their goals. I personally have competed in CrossFit in the past and currently compete in Strongman so I have a lot of experience with both of those sports, however most of my clients work with me for general health purposes. I honestly believe everyone has the ability to bring out their inner athlete!
